Husband and wife team, Koni and Melissa Teao, are diligent in operating their business with safety and due diligence the priority.
The safety of their employees and those in the workplace, are paramount in their business.
Koni Teao manages the staff at each site, training new employees, ensuring all employees are wearing their hi vis gear and safety boots. He allocates the appropriate unloaders and forklift drivers to each worksite and manages the time taken to do each job, ensuring all staff are adhering to site OH&S rules and strict procedures for unloading the containers.
Melissa Teao manages the administration side of the company, ensuring that the payroll is calculated and correct each week, processing invoices, managing staff forklift licence procedures and managing all the accounts.
Teaoco Pty Ltd have strict protocols at the worksite.
All employees are trained by Koni Teao himself on their first day of employment, once he is satisfied the employee is capable of doing the job at hand, he places them with a senior employee to gain experiences.
All employees must wear hi vis singlets and jumpers and they must be worn everyday.
Safety boots are not provided but are essential and must be worn.
"NO PPE NO WORK" is the motto. All employees must wear face masks and follow all government COVID-19 Safe Work Practices that apply. This will be updated as required.
All forklift drivers must carry a valid fork lift licence on them at all times, to operate this equipment.
Our service includes unloading and palletising goods ready for warehouse racking while adhering to all onsite OH&S procedures, we also load containers at our clients request.
TeaoCo Pty Ltd are extremely experienced in the unloading and loading of containers, both 20ft and 40ft involving a variety of different sized products, of different weights, including the unloading of mixed product and palletisation.
We pride ourselves on our work and ensure every job meets with customer satisfaction.
Our service includes two unloaders and one forklift driver for each container. We sort mixed pallet containers onto separate pallets, which are then shrink wrapped and ready for warehousing.
We also load containers on request.
Our experience in this line of business has seen us implement dynamic manual lifting training methods for our staff to effectively unload many different size products safely and efficiently.
